POST-SEASON DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (13+)
Post-Season Development Program runs right after the regular season and is made for players aged 13 and older who want to keep improving when most teams finish their games. It is a short but intensive program that focuses on individual development, competition, and clear progress in a short period of time.
Players can join for one month or two months. Training is built to help athletes make fast improvements in skills like shooting, ball-handling, finishing, footwork, defense, and decision-making. Practices are focused, simple to follow, and made to give players many repetitions each day.
Each day has a clear schedule. Players train on the court, work on strength and conditioning, and do mobility and recovery sessions to stay healthy. Video lessons are used to help players see their mistakes and understand how to fix them quickly.
The staff includes multiple coaches in every key role. There is a head coach, several skill coaches, and a strength coach. This means players get attention, guidance, and feedback in every training block. A physiotherapist is available to help with recovery, treatment, and injury prevention. The goal is to keep the athlete safe while pushing for better performance.
Players take part in controlled competition, game situations, and challenge-based drills. This creates a fast learning environment where players can test their new skills and build confidence. The program also helps athletes prepare for upcoming tryouts, camps, national team activity, or the next club season.
The academy provides housing, meals, and full logistics support for athletes who need it. Single-person accommodation is available on request. Airport transfers from Prague or Vienna can be arranged. Players can also receive official GBA merchandise.
Many athletes use this program to make noticeable progress before summer events, national team camps, or future club seasons.
