Get Better Academy is a basketball program built to help young players grow through hard work, structure, and daily improvement. We focus on steady development and provide athletes with a stable environment to train, learn, and compete.

The academy began in 2013 in Prague and is based in the Czech Republic. Since then, more than one hundred athletes have continued to college basketball or professional teams. Our players come from over thirty countries across Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Americas. This international mix creates a competitive and motivating environment where athletes learn from one another on and off the court.

Our staff comes from several countries and teaches modern basketball skills, decision-making, and strong work habits. Each day includes on-court practice, strength and conditioning, mobility training, and video sessions. The goal is to help players understand the game and improve step by step.

Our teams compete in strong leagues and international tournaments. We also host the Young Guns Invitational, a respected event that brings in teams from across Europe and beyond. It gives our players valuable experience against top youth talent and attracts the attention of scouts and coaches.

We support athletes with housing, meals, academic coordination, and complete travel logistics. This structure allows players to focus fully on their development.

The environment is serious, respectful, and built on honest feedback. GBA is not about big promises. It is about daily work and giving motivated athletes the chance to grow and prepare for the next level of basketball.
